You are stronger than you know.

What is Booty Core Care?

This is a workout (yes, you will sweat). It is designed to help you grow and glow more in your body.

We will listen to music (yes, it will be loud) because it helps us to get out of our heads and habits and into something new.

This is a class about you and your connection and ability to stay safe in your own body. You get to go at your own pace. There’s no point in pushing if you’re pushing towards pain and injury. If you need to lay on the floor, do it. If you need to take a break and stretch, please do it. I celebrate you in learning to listen to your body and follow its directions over any other.

No more shame here. A lot of us learned to hold our butts in (how is that even possible?) and that negatively impacts our strength and mobility. We will talk about butts a lot in this class (and have fun doing it).

The goal is connection for life. If you can feel yourself you can grow muscles.

This class is for everybody—though you might need to modify at first so that you can build the necessary strength and resilience to do all the moves.

Booty Core Care is shaped by my training in yoga as well as experience in ballet, Nia, pilates, barre, and CrossFit. And its foundation is anchored in my extensive training in physical therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and chiropractic.
